Got my NOA today, it was dated June 26th.............

I have an official NOA1 date of June 12, but I never have received a hard copy. That's so strange how each petition differs in timing of mail received.

Don't you just love the consistency of a government organization......

Yes, some received it and others didn't. Even if you filed on the same day or close to the same day. No real reason. I've noticed some people have gotten touches that filed slightly before or after we did and ours has been sitting there.

Still no check cashed.... sent June 21st. Soon i might exceed my banks bandwidth lol

I sure wish They'd just cash it. Seems like for most people its under 10 days. I just want the piece of mind that i got it in for the $170 fee! Hope it gets cashed this week so i know the process has started... /end of rant lol

sent I129f in on June 1 - the "notice date" on the NOA1 was June 14; it came in the mail a few days later. it was touched once, on june 19...im also thinking december.

I too am a June filer...20th i think it was but cant remember exactly, it says on my sig anyway! got our NOA1 today and gonna be checking only daily im sure! We also are hoping for a December end to the wait...it seems like such a long time though!!

I mailed my I-129F to TSC on June 12 for my fiancee, Joy, in Davao, Philippines. We are hoping and praying that this process is completed without any complications. Good luck to the rest of you!

We just hoping and praying I can get there for my b'day on 27th jan.....what do you think my chances are?????

our biggest hurdle is going to be the support stuff. My fiance (USC) has never filed taxes as never earned enough so we hoping to show this by using his parent tax returns listing him as dependant when he fills out I-134. We have a co-sponsor lined up and my fiance will be getting a job when he goes back to the US from Scotland begining of december. I know how lucky we are to be together thru most of this! Also lucky as london embassy will consider my savings of around $7000-8000 towards support too.

Re-filed yesterday.

sent ours june 6th check cashed june 18th and got noa1 shortly after.

sent 21 june they signed for it 25 june and cashed check on july 3 ,but now i must wait for the mail to check status because when they stamped the reciept number on the back of my check i can only make out half the numbers the rest are not ledgible. so i guess i have to wait a little longer before i can check the uscis website 10 times a day hoping i see some kind of miracle and we all are approved in record time...
