Well I really hope so! I filed mine on the 5th June, and I am at day 146 now..

Anyway I hope all my fellow June filers will be approved by November! Just keep hopes everyone! :)

i really believe you will have yours sooooonnneerrr!!! just be patient...

besides, you are still going to face the uscis dilemma for the transfer of your noa2 to nvc.

remember, patience is a virtue :)

Very true..

Hey I got a touch today I'm sure from my call on Friday. It is Sunday.. Very odd

Maybe they are actually working on Sunday. Yeah right. It would be nice though. I think that I am going to call them every day now (during the week). It might be "rich" of me to call, but I'm willing to take my chances.

it is tempting. Like I have advised in previous posts you can get a human from California by selecting the option the hear status. once it is done reading you what you can see on the USCIS site it gives an option to continue. After that I selected an option that talked about if you sent more then one petition together and you think they were separated. So it isn't a lie like getting through the menu with the options of getting a RFE..

Calling however doesn't seem to help anything though.

What do you mean it's not a lie? Did you send more than one petition in? If not, then it's a lie. Just the same as saying you thought you had an RFE.

Yes I sent mine with my roommates.. He was approved on October the 17th.. What I was saying is maybe there is an option in that menu that would apply.

That isn't exactly what they mean about sending two petitions in at the same time. Either way, we are doing what we are doing to get information that shoulde be freely given to us. In other words we shouldn't have to go these routes just to find out about our case. Pretty pathetic we have to resort to this, but we aren't exactly dealing with an agency that can tell their a$$ from a hole in the ground.
