I got touched on the 22nd after a call...then yesterday I got touched again. Nothing today. For all I know, I've been approved but the way their website works, I won't know until I get the actual NOA2

Most people get touched the day of the call and the day after. Did they tell you that your case had been assigned to an officer yet?

I talked to an idiot that didn't tell me any more than the automated voice. I used the RFE trick.

Well I called them again today and this time I got a halfway decent individual, though it was difficult to understand what they were saying (are they outsourcing calls now?). I asked them about our status and he said it was with an officer now. How much truth there is to that is beyond me. :hehe:
