OMG!!! I just got home and there's my NOA2!!! Dated 10/18!! The website still says pending, but it's really here...Oh I hope all other May filers are in the mail too...damn..I can't type..I keep having to correct this!!

I'm soo excited!! Thanks everyone for all your support and encouragement. I'm nearly crying I'm so happy!

June 11 - Mailed I-129F to TSC

June 14 - CSC Received I-129F

June 20 - I-129F Notice Date

Nov 2 - NOA2

Nov 8 - NOA 2 hard copy

Nov 20 - Package left NVC

Nov. 26 - USEM received our packet from NVC

Jan 8- Early Medical, received Packet 4

Jan 10- Medical Passed after 3 days in SLEC!!! Whew!!!

Jan 17: Early CFO seminar

Jan 30 - SLEC Medical Exam Appt

Feb 7th - INTERVIEW appointment at USEM (APPROVED!!!)

Feb 12th - Visa on Hand!

Feb 15th - Patrick's departure

Feb 18 - Pat filed for Social Security # and we applied for marriage license

March 1- WEDDING DAY

March 14 - Pat got his SS card thru the mail

Mid-April - We received our marriage license in the mail

May 2- Michelle's graduation :)

May 5- AOS Filing

May 13 - NOA 1 for AED AOS

May 31 - Biometrics

June 25- Notice of Tranfer of Docs to CSC

July 16 - EAD - Card Production Ordered

July 24 - EAD Card RECEIVED

July 25 - AOS WELCOME NOTICE RECEIVED

July 28 - GREEN CARD received!!!

April 30,2010 - I-751 sent to VSC

May 04, 2010 - I-767C

MARCH29, 2012 - N-400 SENT

We finally gave birth to a brand new NOA2. Its dated Oct 17 and I got it in the mail Oct 20. Didnt know squat until I got it in the mail. I even called on the 18th and they just lied or didn't know. Nothing in the email yet. But at least I got the hard copy. keep praying cause thats what it takes. God bless. cb

June 8 they revieved it

June 18 '07 check cashed got WAC#

No NOA1, touches, or progress given

NOA2 approved Oct 17

NOA2 card copy in mail Oct 20 (Surprise to us)

Package sent from USCIS to NVC Nov 7. (called USCIS to get this)

Nov 15, I got email at 6:57pm that our package was sent to Rio from NVC.

DON"T WAIT FOR THEM TO SEND ANYTHING, CALL AND MAKE SURE THEY GOT IT.

IF THEY DO, GO AHEAD AND SEND IN ds230,ds2001, the pics, and copy of passport

USE SEDEX AND GET THE TRACKING NUMBER.

Interview Set: Jan 29. Found this out on the embassy website under VISA's. It shows a list of visa types including K1 and shows the interview dates.

Visa granted but they mailed it using their own package delivery service. Took a week. Have money when you go to the appointment. They may also make you go and get more photos taken if they dont like the pics you bring. Just relax and dress wark because they keep the place really cold. Make sure your financials mmet the criteria or they will eat you alive.

MARRIED March 22. Sent in $1,010 in fees to Chicago to get change of status, apply for advanced parole, and ability to work documentation. Things work faster now.

May 22'08: Biometrics appointment in Santa Barbara.

On October 22, 2007, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service.

CONGRATULATIONS to the recently approved couples!

My fiance received the hard copy of our NOA2 two days after the approval date on USCIS Website. So, that's Oct 18.

Oct. 22, 2007 - NOA2 Hard Copy received!! No email/website update.

Nov. 16, 2007 - Paperwork found & received by NVC!

Jan. 7, 2008 - Finally got the interview date

Jan. 28, 2008 - Interview!! Approved!!!

Feb. 12, 2008 - Arrives in USA!!!

Feb. 18, 2008 - Wedding Day!!!!!!

Feb. 19, 2008 - Apply for SSN

AOS Timeline:

Mar. 12, 2008 - Packet mailed (AOS, EAD, & AP)

Mar. 12, 2008 - Husband's SSN arrives

Yay to all those who were recently approved!

My fiance's parents received the hard copy of our NOA2 yesterday (we were approved on the 17th October).

Here's to more approvals coming people's way!

So it looks like us end of June filers are getting approved; that's great news! I was getting really nervous about my case being delayed, but it looks like I should be hearing something any day now...it's been about 4 months since NOA1. *crosses fingers*

June 18, 2007 - I-129F sent to NSC

June 27, 2007 - NOA1 from CSC

July 5, 2007 - Touched!

Hopefully soon - NOA2

February 16, 2008 - Planned wedding date

Am I missing something? It seems to me to be the start of June people not end of June people getting approved? :help: We are trying to stay hopeful in this LONG wait but it is getting difficult watching the processing times grow and grow. :blink:

May 29th-June 8th filers are about 90% of the approvals in the past few days. I'm noticing June filers are getting approved 3 weeks before their VJ estimated dates so that indicates processing times are actually shrinking not growing!

That is for CSC, VSC is the complete opposite. So sorry for them :(

Visa took too long, grew apart and withdrew visa after six months.

I think we are close. I called them yesterday and got a touch (10-22). Got another touch today. Hoping anyway.
