Actually put into system and check cashed June 22nd

Received hard copy of NAO1 June 28

We were transfered to CSC because we filed at NSC.

Now we just wait...... :dance:

08/29/07 OMG I am just keep TOUCHING... :lol:

09/26/07 TOUCHED CSC ... Nothing yet :(

09/28/07 sending a fax to congressman at 00:06 A.M.

10/31/07 JUST Called CSC TODAY, my Case Is under Officer reviewing... RIGHT ONNNNNN

11/05/07 RFE!!!! AFTER ABOUT 4 MONTH RFE? WHAT FOR? WHY SO LATE? #######

anyone from this site who filed their I-129F this June? ours were mailed june 10. we have received our noa1 already and now waiting for the noa2.

june filers this is our thread. :)

Hi, filed my 129F on June 15 and was recieved on June 18th I am using an attorney (http://www.arctec.com/) John Roth. Though very expensive, very thorough. When I recieved notification of reciept, I am told the expected wait time for approveal (Vermont) is 30 45 days! I am also hearing the real snag is VPC, time will tell. Like other posters I am hoping Christmas will be here in New York with my Columbian fiance!

I called and I got the WAC Number! but no paper received yet...

On June 26, 2007, we received this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E), and mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow any instructions on this notice. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something from you. If you move while this case is pending, call customer service. We process cases in the order we receive them. You can use our processing dates to estimate when yours will be done. This case is at our CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER location. Follow the link below to check processing dates. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.

I-129f was approved in 160 days from your filing date.

12/21/07 - Received at NVC and assigned case number!

It took them a month to cash our cheque. I hope yours is quicker.

17th March 2010 - Started the removal of conditions process

22nd March 2010 - Application received by CSC

30th April 2010 - Biometrics appointment

3-11-06: Met online

4-4-07: Engaged:)

5-31-07: K-1 package mailed

6-5-07: Signature of receipt at TSC

6-12-07: NOA1 notice mailed from CSC

6-15-07: Check clears bank

6-16-07: Bank shows that check has been cashed.

6-18-07: Obtained receipt number off the back of the check and registered on the USCIS site

6-18-07: USCIS portfolio states packet received at CSC on June 12 and notice has been mailed

7-12-07: Touch due to phone call to USCIS

7-16-07: Received NOA1 hardcopy

9-25-07: Called USCIS

9-26-07: Touch-probably due to phone call yesterday

10-29-07: NOA2!!
