Thanks everyone! I mailed it on 6-1 and the received date on the NOA1 is 6-1. I used the date 6-14 because that was the notice date on the NOA1 and the date CSC received it per the USCIS website. I received the NOA1 in the mail on 6-21.
Thanks again! Good luck to all of you! Hope you get your NOA2's soon!

We are only a few days apart in filing and NOA1. Hopefully I will see something soon.

Just wondering, if NSC petitions are sent to CSC now for processing, aren't they just added to the stack of Califiornia filers according to their received date? I realize the received date would be when NSC received their petition but when they get to CSC wouldn't they still be integrated with similar received dates at CSC?

From what I gather, it's going on when the petition was received...be that at CSC or NSC.

I understand that but when it gets to CSC is it not integrated into similar received dates from petitions filed at CSC or are NSC petitions processed separately when they get to CSC? Anyone know for sure? Just curious.

I believe they are all lumped together. Those that filed say on 6-1 to the CSC and NSC would be lumped in to the same.

bend and carl,

i have a question what number do you called to find out your case number? Do you used the RFE trick. When i call they always say this 90 days till NOA1 bullshit and that they cannot look for a petition in the system without a case number. What information do you give them to look for your petition?

Thanks

David

David, if you paid with a check you can check the back of the cancelled check and it has the receipt number on it. That's one way to find it out.
