I-129F June Filers

Hi!

I have missed this post which is the one I should have checked since the beginning.

We applied on June 1st 2007, got our NOA1 June 12th and that is all, no more notifications from immigration offices in California, no biometrics and here we are still waiting and sometimes getting desperate, there is so many questions and concerns, sometimes I think i don't do enough, but... is there something we can do? Calling didn't help at all, my boyfriend has got in contact with the congress man but they got the same answer that we got in the NOA1 alas... nothing but we have to wait. There is times I feel too tired for just waiting.

I think going with you all in this line will help me to read how everybody that has applied about the time we did is going and steps to follow and mostly... not to turn crazy.

Don't worry. They are still working on petitions filed in May. At least you got your NOA1 in a timely manner. Many got theirs late or not at all. Hopefully they'll finish with May filers and begin on June filers soon

What you wrote and what I read from others here, make me feel better, I really thought we were doing all wrong and that because reading post from people who already got married since years ago, lol Of course it drove me in desperation, but now I know we go in the right path, now even my soul mate will feel relived, poor man I was on him like "I think you don't do enough"

Ah, I will sleep so good tonight, I know we are not alone.

You're definately NOT alone! There are lots of us here who know exactly how you feel. It's very hard to wait. Sleep well and try your best to be patient.

Luciana, we applied on june 5th, recieved our NOA1 on the 19th, and the was the end of notifications for us also. dont stress too much, its getting close to our turn. its just moving at the speed of government.

I must say that I like coming here but have to work to make sure I stay positive. I have been reading the VSC board and I feel it's too negative for me. We all have to wait and it's hard on all of us, but I just want to maintain a positive outlook on this process. I know that eventually it will work out for the best and I will be with my sweetie forever. I don't want to fuss and be depressed on this site too.

i have a question what number do you called to find out your case number? Do you used the RFE trick. When i call they always say this 90 days till NOA1 bullshit and that they cannot look for a petition in the system without a case number. What information do you give them to look for your petition?

It's starting!!! We are all getting so close... Dave_Thao -- Congratulations!! From reading your timeline, this is a long time coming for you two. Good luck with the next steps. This really gives me hope. 6/1 was a Friday, and I filed to NSC the following Monday 6/4.
