:help: If I am going into UCIS website and checking for updates more than twice a day is that considered "Obsessive Compulsive" behavior? LOL!!! Everytime I go in I think to myself one day soon (Insha'allah) it will have been "touched"and/or "approved"! I hope we all get our approvals soon! The pressure of impatience is wearing on my poor nerves. I am missing Kamel sooooo much! :crying:

I've actually gotten to be pretty good. I only check once each morning and I've tried to stop obssessing about this site too. I was on it incessantly and of course thinking about how it sucks that I haven't been approved. But it's really a waste of my energy. It didn't get me anything out of it, just a little more stressed. So, I'm working on being as positive as a I can be. It's hard but I know it's coming, I just have to keep waiting.

I don´t go checking their website too many times a day...there´s not much use in that...I usually do it once in the morning and then sometimes check it before bedtime....sometimes I leave the day out or two....sometimes I look in the middle of the day. So if you consider it´s similar to teeth brushing (1-3 times a day) I don´t consider it obssesive or anything (btw leaving a day or two out doesn´t apply on teeth brushing hehe  )

I am staying possitive too...I don´t wanna stress about this and get a heart attack you know... Even if it looks like we will have to cancel our wedding date. Though we don´t know how to determine, when it´s time to cancel the wedding date if that´s the case...we were thinking something like...if we don´t get our NOA2 by the middle of November, then probly cancel it....but then what if we receive the NOA2 a day or two after? Hehe

Anyway...it´s a brand new week, so please CSC and VSC start it pumping out again :D:dance::dance::dance::dance::dance:

Hi!

I have missed this post which is the one I should have checked since the beginning.

We applied on June 1st 2007, got our NOA1 June 12th and that is all, no more notifications from immigration offices in California, no biometrics and here we are still waiting and sometimes getting desperate, there is so many questions and concerns, sometimes I think i don't do enough, but... is there something we can do? Calling didn't help at all, my boyfriend has got in contact with the congress man but they got the same answer that we got in the NOA1 alas... nothing but we have to wait. There is times I feel too tired for just waiting.

I think going with you all in this line will help me to read how everybody that has applied about the time we did is going and steps to follow and mostly... not to turn crazy.

Luciana
