I didn't received my NOA2 this week, maybe it will be the next week.

Good luck for all the may filers and june filers.

Before the end of the month of october a lot of us will receive our NOA2, if not it will be before the end of november.

Don´t you worry Monday is the first day of October It´s May and June filers month Well...end of October for June filers probly I guess not the very beginning, but it´s coming soooooon It´s a happy month and we should be getting news really soon now So keep the spirit up yeaaaaaaah

I called yesterday to the Vermont Service Center...was told a few things that may be helpful:

1. VCS is working on BULK petitions they recieved..(whatever that means) So they are behind what they used to do for service times.

2. I am a June 18th NOA1...was told my case should be done within a month.

3. Was told VCS is currently working on K1 petitions from the week of May 21.

My theory on early May filers not yet approved is this:

When our file is finally opened...name and background checks are run on us. Also, if ANYTHING is missing, the adjudicators handbook on USCIS site states they are to use all available means to get that information BEFORE issuing an RFE. So hang in there..someone is working on your file if you filed before May 21.

For early June filers...I'd give a 2-3 week estimate, mid June 3-4 week estimate, late June 6 week estimate based on the above information. It also corosponds well with the estimated adjudication date we are given here on VJ...so hang in there.....

As far as VCS...Us VCS'ers have FAR fewer petitions filed over the last 3 months than CSC...so stands to reason we'd have far fewer approvals...

They ARE coming.....

Hey I didn´t know bszoom was working on another update and I was sort of working on my personal one since I don´t appear in his one I just did it from April to end of June since I thought applications from March and earlier should already be approved. Kinda surprised me that Chasnik is still waiting...that´s crazy so long. I thought the old ones were just inactive here on VJ. So when USCIS says time for approvals is 6 months it doesn´t have to be like that? So I just added the earlier ones as a number after I was finished. I post it here just in case someone wants to peek. Maybe there are other people who aren´t in bszoom´s list..
