Yay, a June thread!

We mailed our forms June 8th, they were received by Vermont June 11th and our NOA1 was dated June 13th. Now we wait (again).

I'm not as optimistic as everyone else about a December end to this process. My interview is going to be in Montreal and everything I read on VJ says that Montreal has a 5-6 month wait time for interviews. :crying:

June 1 started round 2! Received NOA1 June 21! It might be longer for the NOA2 for me because of the IMBRA.

Had to make an Info Pass appointment because there was a delay in receiving the NOA for our I-751. Never found out the reason for the delay but they gave Thao a 1 year green card stamp in her passport and we got a the NOA 2 days later.

We posted ours on June 11th and got our NOA1 on June 22nd! :dance:

December :crying: I was thinking more like the end of September... Now that REALLY is being optimistic, huh? lol

i was looking at the wait times... And Vermont have only just got round to processing December '06 filers :o Does that change quite regularly then?

our K-1 went in on the 11th of June to TSC not heard anything yet I too hope for a christmas to remember good luck everyone

July 26th 2006 Took a trip to Texas !!!

Aug ???? 2006 Saw a Pretty Lady (Kristy of course)

Apr 10th 2007 After talking to lawyers and lots of tears returned home

May ??? 2007 Kristy go's in hospital for op

Jun 11th 2007 129F Paperwork sent

Jun 25th 2007 At last got NOA1 !!!

Jun 27th 2007 Touched

Jun 15th 2007 Its my Birthday Yea!!!

Aug 1st 2007 Kristy coming to see me !!!

Hey olgui,

Don't worry, you did the right thing, as TSC and NSC doesn't process I129Fs anymore. And after it gets to CSC, they will issue you your NOA1, and it won't delay the process by much. Relax, and best of luck! ;)^_^

I believe their estimate is off. Many say to use the timeline on here because it is more accurate.

We sent the petition on June 5th and was delivered on the 8th. The money order was cashed on the 21st. We still don't have the papercopy of the NOA1 but we got our receipt#.

6/6/08 - Married

07/12/08 - received SS card

08/08/08 - sent AOS and EAD application

08/11/08 - delivered at Chicago

8/18/08 - received NOA for AOS and EAD (dated 8/14/08)

08/23/08 - received Bio Appt Letter for 09/06/08

8/28/08 - walked-in for Biometrics

9/18/08- case transferred to California. (i485 viewable online)

Oct 3,6,7, 2008 - i485 touched

10/13/08 - EAD card ordered for production

10/16/08 - EAD card ordered for production again (??)

10/21/08 - EAD approval letter sent

10/22/08 - EAD card in hand!

mailed ours on 21st june but from the UK so I'm expecting it's imminent arrival any day now!!!!! Hoping for a smooth ride. Would love to be over there for my birthday on Jan 27th.....what do you think of my chances??? Nick here with me until Dec 6th then he needs to go back to US as only here on tourist visa.

Mailed ours to CSC on the 18th Certified but have not got the signed receipt back. Checked USPS web site just an hour ago with receipt number and see that it was delivered on the 19th at 1045 AM.

Will be making a visit with the soon to be Mrs SqdnGuns in Sept, w00t w00t!! :innocent:

I am hoping to have her here for a Christmas present!! :thumbs:
