22 Jun 05 - We met in a tiny bar in Williamsburg, Va. (spent all summer together)

27 May 06 - Sasha comes back for a 2nd glorious summer (spent 8 months apart)

01 Jan 07 - Jason travels to Moscow for 2 weeks with Sasha

27 May 07 - Jason again travels to Moscow for 2 weeks of perfection

14 July 07 - I-129F and all related documents sent to VSC

16 July 07 - I-129F delivered to VSC and signed for by P. Novak

20 July 07 - NOA1 issued / receipt number assigned

27 Sep 07 - Jason travels to Moscow to be with Sasha for 2 weeks

28 Nov 07 - NOA2 issued...TOUCHED!...then...APPROVED!!!

01 Dec 07 - NVC receives/assigns case #

04 Dec 07 - NVC sends case to U.S. Embassy Moscow

26 Dec 07 - Jason visits Sasha in Russia for the 4th and final time of 2007 :)

22 Feb 08 - Moscow Interview! (APPROVED!!!)..Yay!

24 Mar 08 - Sasha and Jason reunite in the U.S. :)

Ours jumped from October 4th to Sept 18th. That's more like it! :thumbs:

Maybe we should start a pool. Pick the date when June filers start seeing NOA2s? :whistle:

Well, here is a hard piece of fat to chew. I called the USCIS and talked to a lady there for a good 5 min and drilled her with questions from A-Z, even asking if it would speed things up if I went to Brasil and got my fiance pregnant. :devil: Anyway, with all the congestion with consolidating service centers and the 30,000 apps a month they are getting in, not to mention the spike in apps by those trying to beat the new fee increase, she said it would realisticly take 6 mos to get my NOA2 (approval). I about shot blood from my eyes hearing that. Then I reminded her I filed for the k1 in mid June and asked about their holiday schedule due to the tri-fecta holidays in the latter part of the year. She said that will have an effect for sure even at embassy's abroad with people traveling home for the holidays. Oh, I suspected such a thing and I was real happy hearing that.... :angry: So finally, I told her that I guess what your saying is that my fiance wont be getting her gyno exam anytime soon....

I'm just going to take what they say with a grain of salt until others who may call can confirm from other individuals at the USCIS.

Here is something for June :)

Does everyone know you can get this type of information anytime from the Immigration Timelines area? I just go there, increase the number of rows displayed, and then sort by NOA1 or whatever I am wanting to look at. For what I posted above, I copied the rows in Excel, cleaned it up, saved it as an HTML file and then uploaded it as an attachment. Keep in mind this is a snapshot from this morning and is not updated real time like the Timeline area is. I'd be happy to explain more about this if anyone wants.

The link should open a new window and show a spreadsheet. Are you using a Windows PC and Internet Explorer or another Browser or maybe a Mac?

You may also go here and then select "View K-1 Visas" under the "Visa Display Options" section which is on the left midway down. Then you can select the number of Rows to display and sort any of the Columns you want.

K1 visa -APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!

January 15, 2008 -married

Submitted docs for AOS ...but ,very unfortunately, my husband had to return back to Ukraine due to emergency without travel document (AP)

Starting K3 process ......

07-10-2008-I-130 sent

07-15-2008-Check cashed

07-16-2008-NOA1 at CSC

07-21-2008-Hard copy of NOA1

07-23-2008-129F sent

RECEIVED LETTER FROM NVC TODAY..... LETTER WAS TYPED UP ON JULY 31, SO PACKET SHOULD BE ON ITS WAT TO HAVANA SOMETIME THIS WEEK....

06-??-07:CASE TRANSFERRED TO CSC

07-07-07:CHECK CASHED

07-10-07:NOA2 APPROVAL PER ONLINE STATUS CHECK AND E-MAIL RECEIVED
