I would just like a Noa2......I filed June 5 and still waiting  ......I am thinking no visa until March

I just looked at your timeline...what was your RFE for? If they've just gotten it back, it shouldn't be long now..seems most are approved very quickly after the RFE info is sent back. The bonus for you is that your file is at VSC..they send them to NVC very quickly where CSC waits for 3-5 weeks to fill a crate before sending to NVC. Best of luck and keep us posted.

they asked for another biographical profile on me........My lawyer...who I fired....took 2 weeks to answer my calls and I just filled out another with my maiden name on the other names used......I have no clue what the problem was......but they recieved it and I got a second touch today....so very frustrating

Good luck. Best wishes.

Thank you John. We pray every day that yours comes soon. Maybe they are using it to hold up a file cabnet that was wobbly

CSC is not admitting to losing the files but I am very skeptical about anything they choose to tell me (or, more accurately, not tell me).

Thanks Tim for your thoughts.

Sooner or later it will come, I am sure of that. The only question is whether we will have to submit the original data over again.

If I may ask, why you USC have got package 3?

Isn't the alien fiance the one who should get it in order fill the forms she/he has to send to the embassy (in her/his country) for her/him to get an interview date?

Or may be each consulate works in a different way

Yes, you may ask....hahahaha. I'm not sure if all embassies do this, but Mexico sends a copy of packet 3 to the USC. Which is good, because several people have said that the USC frequently get their package, and the Mexican citizen does not get theirs in a timely fashion. And then I can scan the official acceptance letter, and e-mail it to my fiancee. The other documents are available on the embassy website, so in that sense it's a bit of a formality.

Aha, now I know where it goes!

They do right! I lived in Mexico for couple of years and I know how post works there... either take couple of months or it may never arrive. Therefore to send documents people uses FedEx, DHL, Mensajeria Express, Mex post etc. Sorry for asking, I just forgot that logical point. :);)
