Got touched today again.......... come on give me my approval please....

April 7th - Got Engaged to my Love.

June 12th - Applied for K1 visa for her.

June 15th - CSC received our file.

June 26th - Touch

Nov 13th - Received RFE hard copy (notice date of Nov. 5th)

Nov 15th - CSC received RFE.

Nov 19th - Touch (message updated saying they mailed me a copy of RFE)

Nov 20th - Touch

Nov 23rd - Touch (maybe due to phone call)

Nov 26th - Touch

Nov 27th - Touch

Nov 28th - Touch

Dec 6th - Approval Notice sent NOA2 !!!!!!!!!! YAY !!!!!!

Dec 7th - Touch

Dec 10th - Received hard copy of NOA2(snail mail)

Dec 28th - Embassy received package from NVC.

Finally some good news for us today. The information in the RFE that they were requesting was finally signed for yesterday. A whole 13 days after being sent out! I could see if it was coming from halfway around the world, but it was sent from 2 states away. In any case, it is there, was signed for and now hopefully things will start again.

Did you check the online status or received it in snail mail... our RFE dates are same.. I wonder If I am approved yet...

Hey boddy, actualy my congressman called me in the morning, and told you should received a letter from uscis csc, A good news.. I was woohoo right on.. then I called csc they said you are going to received a good news from us give few days.. then I came back from the work and I checked the uscis.gov website it said Approvel notice send!... I didn't received any Email in anypoint.. so

:dance: Good Luck to you all, and wish me luck on the rest of process...

07/02/07---- TOUCHED and it conformed they received my Mail on 06/25/07 at CSC!

07/20/07---- TOUCHED and a lady said it still Pending..

12/10/07 Transferred to NVC as of today 12/17/07. NVC telephone line is a hack of busy!

12/14/07 NV received the case

12/18/07 called and conformed the nvc case number and case have been send to ankara u.s. embassy

01/17/08 Received Appointment Letter Damn slow while they send it thro USPS

02/10/09 Approval Letter. ouiiiiii

02/20/09 Recived The Permanent Resident card

News flash.....My SO got packet 3 from the embassy yesterday!!! YEA!!! :dance::dance::dance: He can finally go to order his police certificate on Monday (in Japan you have to have paperwork from the embassy to order it) and will schedule his medical exam...I'm soo excited!! :)

May 31, 2007 - Mailed I-129F to Nebraska

Oct. 22, 2007 - NOA2 Hard Copy received!! No email/website update.

Nov. 16, 2007 - Paperwork found & received by NVC!

Jan. 7, 2008 - Finally got the interview date

Jan. 28, 2008 - Interview!! Approved!!!

Feb. 12, 2008 - Arrives in USA!!!

Feb. 18, 2008 - Wedding Day!!!!!!

Feb. 19, 2008 - Apply for SSN

AOS Timeline:

Mar. 12, 2008 - Packet mailed (AOS, EAD, & AP)

Mar. 12, 2008 - Husband's SSN arrives

Mar. 14, 2008 - AOS pkt was delivered at 7:52 AM & signed for by V BUSTAMANTE.

Mar. 18, 2008 - Check cashed!!

Mar. 21, 2008 - NOA's for AOS, EAD & I-131!! (Dated 3-18-08)

Mar. 31, 2008 - Can finally see AP & EAD online!!

Apr. 10, 2008 - Biometrics finished! Can finally see AOS online & EAD touch!

May 12, 2008 - Email: AP approved!!

May 14, 2008 - Email: EAD approved!!

May 16, 2008 - EAD card & AP in hand!!

Sept 19, 2008 - Interview letter - Oct. 24th - Seattle??

Oct. 21, 2008 - A Touch..WOW!! The interviewer must've put it on his/her desk!

Just means they received your RFE and satisfied what USCIS needed to continue with your petition. You just have to wait now for NOA2.

Just got approved on the 29th! :dance: So I was wondering if anybody knows...how or when do I get the new case number from NVC? I heard as soon s you get the actual notice with new case number you can send a copy of nvc form plus downloaded packet 3 to embassy without ever having to wait for the embassy to contact you. My friend told me this can save you up to one month! Anyone heard abot this??

Congratulations!! You will need to wait at least 3-5 weeks before your case will be forwarded to the NVC. At that time you can then call them to get the case number. I hope they will forward your NOA2 to NVC in a timely manner. Good Luck! :thumbs:

Good news everyone! My packet 4 just arrived in my address in the province (lucena city, quezon).

Wooohhhooooo.. Everything is going well. My baby notarized our I-134 today (so expensive, $10 each copy for 4 copies grrrrrrr). and I will be receving the docs from him by next week.

Pls pray for us for our early medical next week. I'll be with Sis Mylene whose interview is on Jan 4.
