Hey!

I had no issue with other forms as it included current pay stubs, letter of employment etc. My husband (US) didn't earn much last year but then graduated and now earns 3x the amount. However, I can't see anywhere in the I-944 to mention current income that we make now. I have seen some people suggest putting it as additional information and explaining the situation but I am not exactly sure where or how to put that. Any advice?

Thanks

Part 4 Item 4 asks about occupational skills. You could include the employment letter and paystubs as additional documentation in support of that.

Current income goes on the 864, not 944. If you want to update your 864 information, bring an updated copy to your interview.
