Got the text last night! They actually used 12/09/2020 as my date! To answer my own question, they processed the NOA1 on to their system on 02/23 so it took a few days for the text to follow.

So they are working on early January right now (I've seen 1/4, 1/6, and 1/8 today) with a smattering of late December. Last week, as they worked through December, a few Novembers were cropping up and I expect we'll see that happening with December as they work through January. It sucks but you can see them grabbing any December straggling files.

 

As we move further into them processing January if you still don't hear anything, contact them.  If they keep up this pace, they should be through most of January by Monday.

How do I contact them. I emailed them multiple times with no response and called but can't get passed the robot operator to talk to someone without a receipt number.

I've never done it but I've seen a bunch of posts explaining how to get around the robot. I don't remember what the advice was but you could search. Hope you get through - let us know!

They are backdating. So u are already 3 month in a process

Ours was received and signed for December 17th. My card still hasn’t been charged as of the time I’m writing this. Is kinda frustrating to see some end of December and early January being processed. Does anyone know how the backdating thing will actually help speed up the NOA2 phase?

Great news guys I got the email early today.

 

The I129F submission was received on December 29th, 2020 and the filing was accepted on March 2nd, 2021. The filing will be forwarded to the California Service Center for processing. 

 

Is the California service center faster then the others?

I feel you. December 5th here, let me know if you get any response! I'm thinking about resubmitting lol 😅.
