Just sharing WAC2190035799, 35800, 35803 and 35804 were  rejected because of improper fee. Horrible that someone had to wait 3 months for a rejection like that. Also just to note that It’s dated 2/23 so I wonder if they are working overnight because it’s 2am right now 2/23.

They might be? Or maybe the system was scheduled to sync around this time. I’ve seen a few rejections because of various things and I agree, it’s horrible to wait 3 months for something like that.

As of 02/23 03:45AM EST:

Last working Receipt Number for family-related cases: WAC2190035860

Type: I-751

Latest bulk date for I-129F: December 9, 2020

K1 Process (536 Days)

  • 01/28/2021: I129F Packet Sent - 07/20/2022: Visa On Hand

  • 08/12/2022: POE - Dulles

  • 09/20/2022: Marriage

AOS (Pending)  EAD & AP (88 Days):

  • 09/30/2022: AOS, EAD, AP Packet Sent
  • 01/09/2023: Combo Card on Hand (Expedited)

As far as I can tell, you won't wait 3 months if it's getting rejected. When you application arrives, it is opened, given a date of receipt, and someone looks at the fee, the signature, the form itself, and probably a couple of other things before it gets put back in a pile and waits to be scanned. If you keep looking through you'll see rejections for incorrect fees, outdated forms, failure to sign, and the vague "improperly filed." So if you are going to be rejected for one of these reasons, it will happen quickly.

My assumption is that if it's been a while and you have not heard back, your petition meets minimum requirements. You might get an RFE but you won't get rejected after 2-3 months.

As for the overnight/weekend stuff - I have a post on some of that. Somewhere. If they got to 35860, that means they did 265 (to be clear, a mix not all I-129Fs) more after I last looked at 10pm ET last night. That's also ~1200 since Friday night. But let's keep in mind, they receive an average of 90 I-129Fs per day and most of what we see assigned a WAC# are not I-129Fs.

Last working receipt number is WAC2190035714 and this is an I-129F from December 7, 2020. I saw one from December 17 and December 21 as well but most of the ones in there are from December 7 already.

I’m using an app that allows me to search for a hundred or more at a time. I’ll keep you guys posted so you don’t have to go through inputting the cases one at a time to see what the last one is! :)

I have the casetracker app by Stephen Aldous. It does up to 500 and you can filter for just I-129F. Which one are you using?

I’m using the same app! I just noticed the filter at the bottom when you mentioned it.

Oh that’s really good to know! Because it doesn’t make sense to wait this long and then receive a RFE months later. I really hope this does not affect the processing time. Right now it’s 6-8 months but if you already waited 3 months for NOA1 that means you should receive NOA2 within another 5 months! Hopefully they don’t screw us and increase processing time

There are plenty out of order. For example, today I have seen Dec 10, then Dec 11, one Dec 17th, then Nov 30, then Dec 2, then Dec 10, then a bunch of Dec 7 and 8, then Nov 30 . . . you get it. So just because they have done some Dec 10 for example, doesn't mean they've done all the ones that came before. I wouldn't be scared yet. Bet you'll get yours soon though!

Thanks for that! Appreciate your help, hopefully I'll get mine soon. This uncertainty of do they have it or not is killing me and making me extremely nervous haha.

Same. Mine was dec 6. Really happy for everyone getting noa1s but as someone who has anxiety (I actually went back to fedex to open the package because I was paranoid I hadn't signed it... I had), I really have a lot of anxiety that I messed something up on the form and will have to start all over after 3 months. Just really frustrating situation. Hopefully we hear something soon.

Thanks for the updates.

So frustrating. I sent my i129f beginning of January. It was supposed to take 2 days to arrive but for some inexplicable reason it took 3 weeks to arrive.

Just answering my own brain fart of a question at the end there - completely slipped my mind that NOA1 is issued from the lockbox, not USCIS in Cali! Giving me renewed hope here
