I just wanted to bump this thread and see if anyone had heard anything. Seeing as some folks from the october thread still haven't gotten their noa1, I'm assuming we are in for a wait but thought I would bump the thread up. FWIW my packet was delivered first week of December and nothing in the mail and the check hasn't shown up on my account.

Im not sure Im searching correctly, but I couldn't find anything on my topic so I think 'I might have started one...but  Im a December filter...and we are using credit card for the application payment.  That card has been replaced by the bank.  I don't know what to do!!?? when they try to process payment it will be denied.  I don't want to start over!!!

I'm pretty sure you might be in the wrong thread because you can not use credit card payment for I-129F if I'm not mistaken.

Still waiting (not so patiently) haha. I'm definitely irritated with the lockboxes. This should not be taking this long.

Luckily looks like they are backdating it to some extent so our NOA1-NOA2 time should HOPEFULLY be not as bad. We shall see.

Praying for  NOA1 by latest mid-Feb!

we last saw each other: March 2020
I-129F sent: 12/24/2020

USCIS received: 12/29/2020

NOA1 notice date: 2/27/2021

NOA1 receipt date (backdated): 12/28/2020

NOA2: 08/11/2021

NOA2 paper copy: 08/18/2021

NVC received: 08/25/2021

NVC number issued: 09/01/2021

Considering october is just now receiving notices, I'm mentally prepared to hear something in march. It's just really frustrating because if you made a mistake of some sort instead of wasting a few weeks before getting rejected and starting over, you will have wasted months. Praying I filled out all the forms correctly.

This is true. I think I was basing it off a lot of people from Nov filers saying they received theirs. There really doesn't seem to be much method to the madness either, like they are not going by date of receipt or anything.

I'm sure you filled them out just fine :) Worst case they ask for an RFE, it won't be rejected and started from scratch I dont think. Good luck! :D

They could begin to speedup the processing and clear the backlog even fast so that Dec filers get their NOA1 this month. Before it was only a matter of days till getting NOA1, so it shouldn't continue to be delayed for so long.

Removal of Conditions (I-751)
2/17/24: I-751 packet shipped via FedEx

2/20/24: I-751 packet delivered

2/22/24: Receipt Number available on USCIS Portal

2/27/24: Extension Letter Available Online, Biometric Re-use letter, "Case is being actively reviewed"

I agree if you take a look at the November thread they are moving through with some speed as of late.

hello!I am new here! I thought id join the journey here with my fiancé and its nice to see other people that are in the same boat as us for once!:) so a quick update for our journey is that me and my fiancé had sent off our k1 petition in the start of December 2020 they did receive it at the lockbox on the 15th of December. however its still been 50 days since then and no NOA1. we ended up calling USCIS, Texas and they explained under current "covid restrictions" its taking from 60-70 days for them to get any NOA1's out. I thought this may help other people that are worried about it taking more than the estimated timeline for noa1. hopefully we will get our NOA1 at the start of this month... !

It seems that time just keeps increasing and increasing. In any case, from what I've been reading here, that delay in the NOA1 won't affect push back the timeline till NOA2.

how is this possible? Without a NOA1, isn't our case just sitting somewhere not getting looked at?
