Thanks so much. That's basically what they told me as well. I did see someone on Facebook say they were approved on the 20th and called on the 4th and were told the same thing. They called back today and got their case number so you might call them back and see if you can get yours. I'm planning on calling back next week.

Probably need at least a few more weeks to begin getting worried.

 

We're still within scope of normal processing time. I see some November filing being processed.

Thank you for the advice! We did submit the case inquiry, but we didnt hear anything till the inquiry expired (2 weeks from the day it was submitted), then we called them and they said it will take 45 days more but we havent received any reply through email. Now we are waiting till the 45 days expired. We will contact ombudsman in the meantime. This wait has impacting my mental health a lot, that led to physical distress that I went 2 times to the doctor for severe weight loss. 😢😥.

We ve been long distanced for a year and the thought of the process getting longer is haunting me. I miss him so much.

hi i really feel you i was anxious and annoyed too. I am December 4 filler as i told you before and i got approved few days ago. be patient you will get it soon any day from today i am sure of it .still they are processing December 4 fillers as I saw the last time on case tracker actually there were many of December 4 fillers and still they are working on it but the problem is that every day they just process up to 8-10 cases in one batch not more

Yes and a lot of the Dec 4 filler are not approved yet, but they are now processing cases after Dec 4 2020, even quite a bit from February 2021. I dont understand.

February 2021 isn't being processed yet. That's people misreporting the NOA1 notice date rather than NOA1 Receipt date
