i was interview in final who interview to me is american girl i think she is fine and approachable .. but i just wonder i raise my right hand to says yes mam.... then i dont have finger scanning in the last interview is this normal .. and also they return to me the email and picture that i give to the FIRST INTERVIEWER is this normal? when window 37 called my number the told me that i need to wait 3weeks and more in order i can receive further hear to USEM then i paid lebros then i go back home.. i am just worried about that help?

hi! you'll only have one finger scanning before or after the fil co will interview you, its very normal that they will return all those things such as emails, pics, money transfers and other proof of relationship... they will take the important ones such as nbi, bc, cenomar, I-134, ds-forms etc... since you're in CR1 category its pretty normal too that they may conduct further research of their own compared to k1 (although im not saying that this is the statistic), just what ive noticed so far. good news though is they let you paid for delbros im hoping for the best and soon you'll get your visa!!!

hi! you'll only have one finger scanning before or after the fil co will interview you, its very normal that they will return all those things such as emails, pics, money transfers and other docs... they will take the important ones such as nbi, bc, cenomar, I-134, ds-forms etc... since you're in CR1 category its pretty normal too that they may conduct further more research of their own compared to k1 (although im not saying that this is the statistic), just what ive noticed so far. good news though is they let you paid for delbros im hoping for the best and soon you'll get your visa!!!

even they give me one sheet of PAPER

with check in red pin. in the lower of the paper stated WAIT UNTIL YOU HEAR FROM US:WE MUST REVIEW UR CASE..........................

i think you're under AR. im sorry to hear that... but its also a normal procedure. dont worry about it too much. i know it must have been so hard for you i couldnt even imagine it, but we'll just have to think positive and more prayers coz that's what we can do for now. you've given your best no doubt and you have all the proof and papers yet sometimes they will still review your case... especially if you're on CR1... hang in there

have your husband call the embassy regularly for updates... good luck!!!

hi jarl,

as far as i know..USE will inform you if they want to ask for more documents.

but since they informed you that they will just going to have a further review with your paper..then it means that they just need to look again with your papers..

dont worry too much girl..i know, its kinda disappointed to wait again..come to think of it..at least you're in AR not like the others whom being Denied with this procedure..

When I had my interview, aside from the finger prints scanning before the interview with the pre-screener, we also had our forefinger scanned, sort of like verification or something. I thought it was strange since I never heard about it here in VJ before but one of the applicants who missed it was called back after a couple of days just to have it done. Imagine the delays...
