Its a massive conspiracy!!!!! They are intentionally holding all the files until August while they jack the AOS and other filing fees waaaaaay up at the end of July! Call the FBI!!! LOL

It sucks.. I agree... but did you talk to an operator from NVC? if you checked your status via automated system call them back and try to speak to an operator... because this system still says that they don't have any records on my case

No it was a real person I talked to,I guess I have to be a little bit more patient.

Been 19 days today since NOA2 today so that is still the average I think.

Did you talk to a real person also?

K-1's never make it to the automated system because they are not there long enough...in most cases.

For you guys that have now been sent to NVC, did you get a touch on the USCIS website around when it was sent? I just wonder if I should wait until I see a new 'date updated' on the USCIS site before I call NVC, or if that date doesn't change.

I've been waiting since May 31st for my RFE letter. Everytime I call the NVC their phone reps are extremely rude. I think NVC hires High School dropouts to anwser the phones and they take out their frustrations on the callers. They have a monopoly on Visa applications so I guess they don't have to worry about how they treat people. They can do whatever they want...without accountability.

I didn't. My last touch was June 20 and my case was received at NVC on July 2. I don't think there is a real way to figure it all out. Since you received your approval a week and half after me, I would assume that MAYBE....repeat MAYBE....you will be received at NVC 1-2 weeks after I was. But who knows? Good luck!

I can only assume that these people hate their job like most people do. Still, it's no excuse especially for customer service. I would keep calling until you can get through to someone who will actually help you. You're going on a month and a half of waiting. Do you have any idea what the RFE is for? If you think you might know what it is, you can have it ready to send as soon as the letter arrives (if you haven't done that already). Best of luck to you. I hope you hear something soon.

I had hoped my case was in the same box as yours traveling to NVC. I just called them and talked to an operator. They do not have my case yet.

I called today morning and NVC has my case. Not yet forwarded to the embassy.

You should call, I bet you are at NVC too.
