So the embassy my spouse is processing through had a "Facebook Chat" session where they invited people to ask questions. I sent a message via Facebook Messenger, assuming that's where they wanted people to submit questions to. But then I saw people were just commenting in the Facebook post comment section for the "Facebook Chat" post they made. I simply copied and pasted what I wrote in Messenger, and they kindly responded. Simply asked about resumption of CR1 interviews. However, I just worry it may seem too eager or unprofessional to have sent it in messenger (not even sure if they use or see messages on there). And hope it won't impact my case. Having written this makes me feel dumb for feeling this way, but thought I'd ask!
