What happened with Texas.They are not approving any case recently. Any experience ? I already made 3 inquiries.

spouse of LPR transferred from California to Texas on feb 23 without notice.

I don't know what's going on with them, I just noticed that their processing time for I-130 is getting a bit longer . Please share what was their response to your queries.

I'm guessing since OP is in the F-2A category they might just be tracking approvals from that. Here on VJ the last updated approval for Texas for F-2A was Oct. 29. 2020.

My last inquiries said that I have to wait for 60 days.... 114 days in nothing.

What is your official source of information that there have been no approvals? I can understand a slowdown vs IR because they give priority to categories visas can be issued now.

There are delays for approval of F2A in every service centre these days . I think the average time is arround 15-20 months for approvals to only . It’s frustrating

My PD is october 2019 , California service centre under F2A and still waiting for response from USCIS , now expecting my approval may be arround feb - march 2021.

 

Anyone got approval with PD Aug , sep 2019 ?
