People are leaving censor happy social media platforms, so naturally the left are upset and spewing godwins all over the place. If these platforms keep hemorrhaging users the left are going to be stuck in their own little self imposed pixel-land 10x10 block screeching only to themselves about nazis. People are finally figuring out its a better idea to leave those platforms than stick around and pointlessly complain. 

 

Crossing my fingers YouTube ramps up the banning.. would be nice to get 2021 off to a good start for competing platforms.  I'm totally with the left here on their censorship efforts.. the faster the better.

The stuff about Parler being hacked is a hoax from months ago being recycled to anyone happy to bite. I've also got a few accounts, zero required any personal information let alone a phone number, DL, or SSN/SIN. When this hoax came about in the summer I checked my accounts and there were no other logins. Fake as fake gets.

youtube is really only good for music videos, cat videos, science or history videos, and other types of learning videos, like driving or another language etc

The people that believe they benefit from censorship and information control try and gaslight about free speech platforms being white supremacy and nazism. Gotta put on this facade to justify own extremism. 

 

The left in particular are so unhinged that competing viewpoints about any given topic can make them break down and cry like toddlers. 

 

These are the type claiming to be fighting nazis. Those throwing tantrums because they can't censor those they disagree with.

Honestly I like it because I can watch podcasts on it such as Secular Talk, Jimmy Dore, or Tim Pool. Which they have been screaming about how this kind of stuff such as censoring the right is a bad thing because over time "the establishment will only use it to turn against the Progressive"

You can tell intellectually honest leftists like Glenn are likewise tired of these pathetic Orwellian neo-fascist attempts to bully every organization and place into positively reinforcing these ridiculous behaviors. And while the deranged left that do this on the ground are the low hanging fruit, one has to look at the structural and financial support this sort of societal wrecking ball receives from institutions that know how toxic it is but want the chaos, hoping that instituting it will pull people away from populist left/right movements and accept their divine rule once again.
