When was that? I didn't get my interview notice until almost a month after I sent in my checklist.

My checklist has been in since March, more then a month and nothing about an interview. She's just checking to make sure they put her on the waiting list.

You might want to check the timelines for everyone else. Sept is doubtful for K1!

You may be seeing some of the other visas going through faster.

I emailed them last month and their reply was 4-8 months.

There's alot of people on the board here waiting that are before me that haven't heard anything either.

I think I'm looking at Sept/October now. I'll be shocked to see anything for August.

Do you try and visit at all? i think i am going to try and go down for a month visit to break up some time. I havent tried since this process started but i think i may now .........................besides after this next visit from Chris, he is all out of holidays................. like i said this is a nightmare.

sutton,

Stress is the name ofthe game for us around here, so don't apologise . However, chances are your interview will be scheduled by the end of the year or beggining of next one. MTL is taking 5-7 months after receipt of checklist to give interviews. Sad but true. They have had mine since April, and chances are my interview will happen in September or the like.

Also :time:, it helps us all

Peace, L.

I went down in March, and again in April. He's coming up here in a few weeks. We figured the next time would have been the end of Sept for him to come and bring me "home" .........

I didn't have any problem. I drive across at the Thousand Islands alot, fly out of Syracuse or pick him up there. We also just go to look around in the stores sometimes so it's a reg thing for me. When I flew down to see him I did say where I was going to see my boyfriend. They know I go down and they know how I met him.

They even told us last year we should get on filing for the K1, once when we were pulled in. SOMEONE didn't bring his B.C.

Last time I got the grumpy one, even he just asked to see my itenerary, asked me if I had anything I needed to tell him before he punched my name in, I said no, he did it and told me to have a good time *shrug* I didn't say fiance though  I said boyfriend and didn't have my ring on.

I had everything with me though, paperwork, lease, job letters......

Um all my scripts are HUGE...ugh.

Len and Bren I hope your interview is Aug or Sept, means I'm right around the same time :innocent:

I wouldn't trust any timeline they give you. They kept telling me each month for 5 months when I inquired that my interview should/or probably/hopefully would be re-scheduled for the following month. lol
