Slightly off track.  There is a capacitor swap that can be done to make those chargers work for 220V   ... youtube is your friend.  ;)

As for missing items, never had it happen and we have shipped spendy items at times.

Yea, I saw that Youtube, It's beyond my skills

I guess there is not a large demand

Well easier to manufacture, just one type needed. Like computers etc

We have some older Filipino guy who comes to the house and picks it up with a dolly and loads into his van

I sure he makes few bucks but he loads them up and drops off another empty box each time.

I don't think we have a LBC near us, or last time I checked there wasn't one.

I live in Hawaii and have 2 LBC's close by.

So you have to take you box to them?

Or do they pick up from your house?  Our boxes have to be close to 80 to 100lbs at time

Our boxes the smaller one that usually ship are 24 x 17 x 25

LBC in Los Angeles area picks up the box and that is included in the price.  Forex also picks up.  Forex seems to be more flexible as they are run by agents.

Last time I shipped two boxes from my sister's house in L.A. area, I was impressed by the LBC method.  Even if you have your boxed taped to high heaven, they put more LBC security tape on it, and their tape is the ultimate tape!  Super strong!

I drop it off myself. They do offer pick up but I feel better dropping it off. Not exactly sure of the dimensions but it is the standard BB size so probably about the same. I would guess the average weight of the box is around 80lbs. It costs $52/box and takes about 6 weeks.

Yea I like that about LBC. I just tape the bottom and top because I know they will seal it up good with their security tape once I drop it off.

That dimension is quite large.  10,200 cubic inches.  What carrier is that?  I'm going to be doing some shipping so I am curious.

LBC large is 18 X 18 X 24 = 7776  cubic inches

LBC XL is 24 X 18 X 24 = 10368

Forex large is 23 X 20 X 17 = 7820

Forex XL is 24 X 18 X 24 = 10368

It says Atlas on box, I don't know carrier.  We don't have alot of Filipinos in my area so it's all word of mouth.

I have seen two older filipino guys doing BB boxes in my area, We just get name from friends and their contact #.

They do have one box bigger than the 24 x 17 x 25, I used it few years ago when a relative decided he was going to move to Philippines, it about 40% larger and it a giant box.  I don't know the dimensions.
