Latest update: We had our interview today (Sept 7) and the interview went smoothly. Upon checking our status later today in myuscis, it said that "New card is being produced".

Congratulations!

I am happy to report that we received my mom's green card in the mail today - 9/8/2021 (supposed to be delivered yesterday but somehow got delayed..).  Took 10 1/2 months start to finish - given everything going on not too bad at all!

I wish that all of your cases come to a successful conclusion soon as well! I'll check in on here once in a while.  Good Luck to everyone who is still waiting!

Hi guys !

I also sent my package in november... I hope we all get good news asap :)

I personally cannot wait to be able to work again !!

Let's keep each other posted !

I would like to help a friend file a concurrent application, I-130 and I-485.  Both are living in the USA and married.  If they send both forms with all required information by mail, where do they send them to if they live in Florida.  I'm getting different addresses for each form. Thank you.

https://www.uscis.gov/forms/all-forms/direct-filing-addresses-for-form-i-485-application-to-register-permanent-residence-or-adjust-status

So

USCIS Chicago Lockbox

U.S. Postal Service (USPS):

USCIS
Attn: AOS
P.O. Box 805887
Chicago, IL 60680

FedEx, UPS, and DHL deliveries:

USCIS
Attn: AOS (Box 805887)
131 South Dearborn - 3rd Floor
Chicago, IL 60603-5517

This does not depend on your state, it depends on your individual situation and the forms you are filing ! I hope this helps ! (I used USPS so the first address).

You are very welcome ! I did everything by myself so do not hesitate :)

A question for the Forum regarding change of status.  I helped a couple finish their application which will be mailed soon to USCIS Lock Box in Chicago.  Just some preliminary information.  The Petitioner is an American citizen (husband) and the beneficiary (wife) is legally in the country and already has a work permit (I-797C approval) and social security number.  Both work and are financially independent of each other.

The following Forms have been completed:

I-130 Petition for Alien Relative

I-130A Supplemental Information for Spouse Beneficiary

I-485 Application to Register Permanent Residence of Adjust Status

I-864 Affidavit of Support Under Section 213A of the INA

I-864A Contract Between Sponsor and Household Member (this is to show that the beneficiary earns a sufficient amount not to be fully dependent on Petitioner)

I-693 Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record

G-1450 Authorization Credit Card Payment

Question: Are there any other USCIS Forms to submit?

Documents that will be submitted attached to the Forms above:

Certificate of Marriage

Copy of I-797 Notice of Action (Immigrant spouse Approval of work permit)

Birth Certificate of beneficiary translated into the English

Certificate of Citizenship of American Spouse

Copy of American spouse American passport

Copies of Passport and Visa entrance

Three years of IRS Tax Filings for each spouse (They married soon after this tax year ended)

Copies of American License (both)

Copies of Social Security Card (Immigrant spouse)

Apartment Lease with both names

Bank Statements with both Names

Car Insurance Policy with both names

Bank statement with both names

Are there any other documents that should be sent?   Also, should copies of the documents be attached to each Form mentioned above except for the last two Forms?   Any advice will be greatly appreciated.  Thank you....

Yes, I-94.  Thank you for your response.

You'll want to send it in right away as the I-693 may have a problem if they receive it after the end of this month.

Brilliant!  Yes, it is being sent by FedEx by this coming Monday morning.  I assume your concern has to do with the new requirement of being fully vaccinated against Covid-19?  Thanks for your advice...
