I emailed the embassy and they said they haven't received an updated plaintiff list yet from DOS. How long did yours take?

It was three days between finding out we were official plaintiffs and the embassy (in Sweden) emailing us with instructions. This was not including a weekend, though.

We are round 3 plaintiffs and got an email response today from the London Embassy.

"Following the UK national lockdown effective January 5, 2021, the Immigrant Visa Unit is only providing limited visa services. We are in the process of scheduling your case and you will receive notification as soon as your interview appointment is confirmed."

I wish I had more information and more of an idea of what to expect. I will update once we have an interview scheduled!

We are also third round plaintiffs and we just got the scheduled interview from US Embassy in Helsinki today :) They did not let us choose our interview date but designed it as April 1st.

Amazing how quick it was for you congrats! Was your case already at the consulate or was it transferred from nvc

Our case has been at US Embassy in Helsinki since September 2020. We tried every way we could to get an interview, including sending them emails stating our situations and asking for a NIE (since my petitioner is an active duty Marine and he will be on combat deployment next year) but nothing helped. Not until they knew that we are the plaintiffs that we had an interview we are long waiting for. Yes it was very quick. Only 2 days for them to get back to us with an interview appointment. :)

I am a round 2 plaintiff and the Guangzhou consulate did the same thing for us, we got an email on Feb 16 informing us that her interview had been scheduled for March 3

I also received that email saying:

"Following the UK national lockdown effective January 5, 2021, the Immigrant Visa Unit is only providing limited visa services. We are in the process of scheduling your case and you will receive notification as soon as your interview appointment is confirmed" after me emailing asking them on an update on the situation at the embassy/my case.

Fingers crossed! I've waited long enough for a reissuance...

Round 3 plaintiff here - my fiancé received an email from the London Embassy this morning and they've given us an interview date for May 25th!! 😄

Just waiting on the physical letter to arrive as you'll need to take it with you for the interview. Hope you London folks also get your interviews scheduled soon, too! And everyone else, of course. 😃
