Hello guys, I have a pending marriage-based Adjustment of Status application, Priority Date 08/03/2020. I also filed I-131 and I-765 along with I-485 and I-130. At this moment I have an emergency, and I need to travel ASAP to my home country. Do I need to file the I-131 again for an Emergency Advance Parole Document and pay the filing fee? How does this process work, knowing that I already applied for the I-131?

You need to call for an appointment, bring 2 passport photos and proof of emergency to the appointment, they will process it same day.
