Hello All,

Could someone please review the documents list that I am using to concurrently file for my mother to adjust her status and point out if I am missing anything?  My understanding is the fee increase is on hold and I can still file for I-765 and I-131 for free correct?  One other question I had regarding the I-130 checklist since most of the filing examples I found on here was for spouse beneficiary - I don't need to include any photos (mine or my mom's) with I-130 correct?  Lastly, I wrote a generic reason (visiting family etc) for requesting AP under form I-131 do we need to submit a separate attachment with detailed justification?
