No, as stated, it depends on the context.  In the Tolkien universe, it was the good guys swords that glowed blue in the presence of orcs.  If a lawsuit is filed, context matters, and in the BB satire, the New Libs/leftist are equated with the orcs.

Yeah, and the fact that they're talking about an AR-15 and not elvish swords, the blue glow to detect "liberals" and not orcs, it's ridiculously easy to see that fair use applies, because it isn't taking a concept and simply cut and pasting it.. and parody (which this clearly is) requires the use of something else in some form. I think the funniest part of all here isn't the parody itself (I find their humor good sometimes, and its usually posted here when it is, but most often cheesy humor which isn't my type, but befits a more restrained methodology behind Christian humor) but that the left are so unhinged nowadays they don't even grasp the concept of satire and parody. It's why their comedians are stuck doing "news" now rather than comedy.
