   They have been aggressive in general about using the material, but generally go after the use of the names (ie. Gondolin) and settings. I mean, I don't think they would sue over something as small as this, but you know, frivolous lawsuits seem to be a thing lately.

I thought it was the elvish swords that glowed blue in the presence of orcs?  Not sure the armies of Mordor were using elvish swords.
