We got IL recently, and this is what they mentioned in the letter !
what should we do now? the taxes are still under process by IRS.
we have been dq’d in april 2020 and provided 2018 taxes + pay stubs + AOS

should we upload new AOS now ? Should we upload 2019 tax returns & w2 on ceac ?

will there be an issue of not providing 2019 tax transcript at the time of interview?

Upload complete 2019 tax return including all schedules, W2 and 1099 forms.

You should read the instructions for the I-864.

They say what to provide if you don't have transcripts.

Yes if you don't provide something for 2019 it will be an issue.

You can provide either of the options they ask for.

Transcripts are preferred but not mandatory.

and what about an updated AOS with 2019 income ? Should we provide that also with the recent returns ?

To me it sounds like you just need the transcript/tax docs

If it's easy for you to do an updated AOS just in case, why not.

And what would you suggest should i upload 2019 tax docs all in one pdf ?

I am concerned as i have read and heard that CO put candidates in AP cause of unavailability of tax transcript!

I think that's what they usually ask for, 1 document, since it's 1 document type per upload.

You just have to keep it to 2mb

It's always best to provide information that is as up to date as possible.  You could update you AOS with 2020 income in a few weeks and any updates to current income.  So, do it.

Yes, if the interview is that soon.  Actually, 1 pay stub showing YTD income is sufficient.
