Travel during AOS using Advance Parole

I recently received my EAD/AP combo card and I'm hoping to travel home to the UK soon to see family, but I'm anxious about the possibility of being denied entry on return.

 

I adjusted status from esta when covid hit, and though it wasn't our intent when I first came over, I'm worried the CBP could see this on my file and deny re-entry. Does anyone have experience of travelling with AP with a similar immigration journey? 

 

Im also curious if port of entry makes a difference. I have the option to travel through Dublin with preclearence, or through London and go through CBP at Miami airport. Would either be more likely to deny/approve an AP entry?

AP travel is very low risk. Even those that have "worse" circumstances have used AP without issues. For example, many TPS individuals that Entered Without Inspection (i.e. illegally) have traveled abroad and returned with AP.

There is no meaningful difference.
