Hi can someone help me for this......

my husband went for interview everything went good but my income was low in 2018 so he didn’t get visa consular asked for joint income but I didn’t find anyone so I filled my 2019 tax returns and  my income is 40k in 2019 do I still need joint sponsor or I’m good to go with my income? Please help thank you

All you can do is have him send a new affidavit with supporting documents to the embassy.  Public charge evaluation by the interviewing officer is discretionary.
