Hi,

I sent my husband's I-751 by USPS priority mail to the Sky Harbor Phoenix address (for FedEx, DHL, UPS) instead of the USPS P.O box address. What should we do? Will it still be accepted? His green card expires 12/3 and we sent it the first time two months ago (It was returned as the credit card number was wrong). We sent it back on 10/27 to that non usps address.

I am getting really worried.

Will he have to leave the US?

I called USCIS and they couldn't tell me much. They said just to wait and it would be sent back to us with an RFE to file to the correct address, but what if it is not returned in time?
