What is HIS status - and is he in the US currently?

Hmm I have the same problem actually, Im a K1 visa holder and my son is on a k2, me and my US citizen spouse got married last week and we're doing the AOS, I know I gotta file his I-485, G-325A, and I-864??<or we can both share on that form?>

Plus Im confuse on his vaccination records from St Luke's, do I just send his vaccination worksheet with the other paperwork of his or I need to take it to a civil surgeon so they will transfer it for us?

Your son has to have a seperate Supplemental Form I-693 done by the DCS. Cost us $22 each for my wife and anak!

DSC will give you seperate sealed envelopes with the forms inside taht you submit.

Hint! Have DCS give you copies!
