Waiting time after submitting corrected document to NVC

Hi,
I am new to this group and so far found the discussion in this group very informative.

I am currently waiting for my F21 visa interview. Recently NVC asked me to provide civil documents. However, after submitting documents, after 2 months NVC asked to provide one additional document. 
It's been almost 1 month since I have submitted all the corrected documents, but still did not hear anything from them whether those documents are okay or not.
Can anyone suggest how long usually it take for them to reply after getting corrected documents.

It really varies, can be days or weeks, might depend if they have to do checks on what you submitted, but usually when there's new docs you can expect the time to reset.
