Is your fiancee a health care professional?  

 

By the time he could interview, receive the visa, travel, and become licensed in your state, the CEO will long have recovered from COVID, and if care was needed, will have received it locally.

No.  You either have a legitimate reason, or you don't.  You can't just fabricate a situation to try to get an exemption.

I've read some thread, they got approved because the petitioner is military....Im not really sure honestly

Pls I’m a USA licensed registered nurse, my k1 visa case has been stuck at NVC and I want to file for NIE ( help the ongoing pandemic) I’m wondering if this can help me get an interview date, does this qualify?
