yes.. and searched tons of tons of webpages.. the embassy told

me my fiancee can enter the US if his reason is humanitarian travel,, national security or public health.. so i created

this forum to get an idea how people get approved with hope that i can copy it..

Some

people get approved because they have high risk pregnancy,, has military partners which doesnt apply to me..So I was hoping I can get more

ideas..

Me and my fiancee are very desperate because we are both going to be 40 next year and we are hoping we could still have  baby...my fiancee case is ready for interview since february 2020

I received this email from Naples Embassy

I see that Naples hasn't provided specifics on their website, but Frankfurt has provided the following: "Under recent guidance, however, the following K-1 visa applicants may qualify for a national interest exception (NIE) if he or she is travelling as (1) a public health or healthcare professional or researcher to alleviate the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, or to continue ongoing research in an area with substantial public health benefit (e.g. cancer or disease research); or to provide care for a U.S. citizen, to include alleviating the burden of care from a medical or other institution, or (2) to prevent a U.S. citizen from becoming a public charge or ward of the state or the ward of a medical or other institution."

Unfortunately a ticking biological clock and the desire to have children will not qualify. These are lifestyle choices and the government does not provide exceptions for them. The previous contributor who did get an exception was because the intending immigrant is the parent of a USC minor child.

You can still travel to meet each other if you want to make a baby. Mexico is open to citizens of many, if not all, countries, for example. Several members of this site have successfully met in Mexico recently where travel bans restricted them from being together in each other’s home country.

Once again Sir/Madam says who... Give us sources... It's not about what you think that is happening... It's about how the the embassies work... She has been in AP for months before COVID now she qualified for NIE and she has been contacted by the embassy that her case is moving forward.

How do you know that don't have enough info presently?  Embassy decides who goes into AP and when you come out of it.. There are no set rules for AP as you claim, So how do you come about AP cannot be expedited?

How do you know that Sir/Madam ?

Do you have a source so that we can all learn please.

Funny how some people on this forum talk as if they are the VO’s.

Why not, it doesn't hurt to try. Might try this myself. Getting pregnant at 40 is not the same as getting pregnant at 20. I have waited this whole year already, no visa in sight, plus travel bans. Meeting for 2 weeks in Mexico just won't cut it. The odds aren't so good.
