Yeah, I'll post as soon as I see some action. Though we're not in a big hurry, I would like to know that my money is being applied where it is supposed to.

No updates, still says in process. Today marks 3 weeks since payment. I really don't know what else to do. If I get on the phone, it is the same dialogue and same answer. They have not replied to my NVC online inquiry forms either. I haven't called this week, trying to keep myself busy and distracted with the holidays. Hoping they fix the issue.

Yes. going to the 4th week now and still "In Process".

 

I wonder why it's difficult for NVC to fix this issue.

It's just frustrating that a transaction will take more than one month.

 

I'm getting more impatient about this issue.

I paid both fees on Nov 7th, withdrawal of bank account was Nov 10th. Both still in Process. Evertime I call they give me the same answer. I gave an inquiry online and it says its under supervisor review. Idk what to do. This is so ridiculous.

Same here. Pending since Nov 9th and still In Process. I’m assuming because of COVID they could be overwhelmed and have suspended pending applications to a later date. The issue is we have paid for a service that states online should only take 2/3 working days and they are ignoring our requests to find out what is happening. Would be nice to be informed of a clear situation or they should update their website
