Did they keep your passport?

It appears they've put you in Administrative Processing, which is common for many MENA countries (not sure specifically about Qatar).  The standard response is this can take a few weeks, months, or even year/s, no one really knows, and it can't be expedited.

If they kept your passport, that's generally a good sign that maybe it will only be one week.

Since they didn't keep your passport, I would brace for a longer wait - could take any amount of time.  I would check through the Pakistan forum, and read about the experiences with AP.  Although yours may be different, you can see how it goes, and how long it takes for others.

Yes ..I knew some people gone through this wait for 1 year ...but usually they asked them for some more proof ..any way ..I hope they don’t refuse after this long wait !

This seems to be a classic case of Administrative Processing which is common for Pakistan nationals.  It could take quite a while.  Try to be patient.   Good luck.

There have been reports of same day visa issuance in Pakistan, maybe going through a  third party consulate has delayed matters.
