Hello!

My dad is going to his naturalization interview and I am getting nervous about it. I petitioned him as a naturalized citizen through marriage but now I am not married anymore. My father also got married between obtaining his green card and applying for citizenship however his wife is a non citizen.

I understand so many changes may affect his interview and potentially make it more difficult but.. Life happens ; (

What are some potential questions he may be asked?

What can he say about his non citizen wife? (His intention is to bring her later to live with him)

What documents does he need to take with him?

Thank you all!

How long ago your dad got his green card? I assume 5 yeas ago regarding your question what documents he needs to take with him depends if he applied on line or sent his paper work through mail. In any case he need to take with him his green card and any other form of identification along with supporting documents. Usually they tell you what documents to bring. But on the safe side he can take with him all the documents which support his case. In interview it self they ask 10 question out of 100 civic questions and you have to answer atleast 6 correctly. They there is a reading and writing test. If all goes well he will be naturalized.
