Am I right that I don't need anI-693 for the interview

It kindda confusing for me, even by reading the topics here. ( Nerves for the interview I guess)

I had a full medical exam and 1 extra vaccination last year before the K-1 interview.

They gave me the x-ray and the DS 3025 back in one envelope at the embasy and they sent me the sealed package which I gave to the officer at the port of entry.

Does that envelope contain that info, or do I need to get one at Home Land Security?

Please helpa and thanks for the replies.

13. I-693, Medical Examination of Aliens Seeking Adjustment of Status. (If you already have this from your overseas Visa Interview submit a copy that medical check form; No fee is required in this case. If you are a K-1 fiancé(e) or K-2 dependent who had a medical examination within the past year as required for the nonimmigrant fiancé(e) visa, you only need to submit a vaccination supplement (I-693A), not the entire medical report. You may include the vaccination supplement with your adjustment of status application.)

Well technically you are supposed to have the vaccination supplement that a civil surgeon fills up in the US. But I wouldn't worry if I were you. You have your inteview date, you didn't receive a RFE for it.

If they ask you to get it at the interview then do so, if not, be happy that you didn't have to go through the extra trouble.

foxtobee,

The sealed envelope should contain all of the medical exam reports (4 of them), including the DS-3025. That doesn't mean that USCIS can't misplace something from that envelope.

Cécy,

Actually, one doesn't necessarily need the I-693 vaccination supplement by a civil surgeon. It shouldn't be needed if the DS-3025 is complete.

You are right to not worry too much about it, if the USCIS decides that they want it then they'll ask and foxtobee will respond, I agree with you on that.

Correct on medical exam, but you may still need to provide evidence of being vaccinated per the requirements of immigrations, that is what the supplement is for.
