If you applied for the EAD AP card the same time you filed for the greencard and sent everything with the 485. It has been a 7-8 months minimum for EAD and AP card lately, so figure February or March.

My husband applied for his last June, and didn't hear anything until December. Now, Covid is causing everything to take longer.  You're well within a normal time frame.

Hey guys,

I was wondering if anyone knows how long NBC service center takes to process EAD cards in 2020. I applied for green card in July 2020 but still haven't heard anything yet, did not even receive a biometrics appointment. Is anyone experiencing the same problem as me?

100s maybe 1000s are experiencing this

YMMV

Hi TBD,

Yes same case here but I applied in may and no biometrics scheduled. Some people have been really lucky and got they're whole green card approved in 5 months, others have waited 8 month to not even get a biometric appointment. So I guess we're stuck to do absolutely nothing with our lives until they decide to lift a finger.

Yes, the process is daunting. I have recently graduated as a pharmacist and a practice gap in my career is very harmful and it will make it very difficult for me to get a job after
