Cross Chargeability related to child from previous marriage

Hi, I'm the principal applicant of EB2. I'm currently in PERM process. 

I and my child from my previous marriage were both born in India.

I have a boyfriend who's born in Mexico.

I know if I married to him, I can cross-charged to Mexico to file I485 immediately once my PERM is approved. But my child is already 19 years old for now.

I heard that in a Marriage Based GC application, to be able to get GC with parent, the child must be under 18 when the parents get married.

Could anyone tell me if my child can file I485 together with me using cross chargeability?

your child is no longer a child as per USCIS conditions ( over 18). you can get green card and apply under F2A category  for child

I think unmarried and before 21 will be considered a child. Isn't it?

You need to clarify something: your boyfriend who was born in Mexico, what is his current status in the US?
