Hi, I arrived in Florida on Nov 04. Cleared Immigration at Miami. When my Spouse Visa was stamped and my Entry Clearance given, I asked if there was anything else to pay. The Officer said No. (I seemed to recall there was something else to be paid). It was a fellow VJ, DCF applicant who pointed out and confirmed there was a further fee (Immigration Fee, the Green Card fee) to be paid. I paid it on Nov 06.

Will the SSN now follow with no further input from me or do I need to fill out a form, print it and go along to the local SS office?

Grateful for any guidance.

Thanks🙂

Contact SSA after 3 weeks of entry: https://www.ssa.gov/ssnvisa/Handout_11_1.html "You should receive your Social Security card within 3 weeks after you arrive."

If you can't resolve it over the phone, fax, and/or physical mail, you'll need an appointment to go in-person: "If you believe you qualify for an in-person appointment, call your local office. You can look up the phone number for your local office by accessing our office locator. Please note that appointments may not be immediately available, depending on local health and safety conditions and staffing." https://www.ssa.gov/coronavirus/
