How long does it take for NVC to respond an expedite email request?

Hi,

So NVC sent me an email on 20th October 2020 saying my document we’re qualified for interview. And yesterday I sent an email to NVC requesting an expedited interview date.

when can I expect a response from NVC about my expedite email request?

and if they approve my expedition request how soon would I be able to have my interview?

NVC doesn’t schedule your interview, it is up to consulate/embassy. They only expedite to send your case to consulate/embassy.

02/06/2015: In-Line for Interview

04/15/2015: Passed Interview

05/05/2015: Oath letter was sent

05/22/2015: Oath Ceremony

Ours took 3 weeks to hear back from NVC...

 

basically you send the request to NVC they reciept it and forward to the consulate to review, the consulate then notify NVC of their decision and NVC tell you if the Expidite request is approved or not.. 

 

could still be another month or two before interview if approved Expidite
