k2 adjustment of status

Im confuse, I know I have to fill up I-485, I-864,G-325A for myself but Im wondering how about my son?? I called USCIS but their giving me diffrent answers everytime, any input will be very much appreciated.

A..You will file an application for Adjustment of Status for the child as well. Prepare the application the same way (as a separate pile of paper), but mail them together. Also send a separate I-765 application for work authorization if the child is old enough to seek employment. You will pay fees for each application.

Yes you need to file for your son. He will need an I-485 and an I 864. If he is under 14 (and I am guessing he is) then you do not need to file the G-325A for him. The fees are less for children too....and they do not require the biometric fee.

The fee for my daughter's application was $225.00 but check on this as it may have gone up since we filed.
