I filed my I130 in March but My I129 is filed in April, I am hoping we will get some approvals soon for April filers, I hope to be one.. Please post in here if you are an April Filer so we can keep track of each others progress and support each other.

Service Center : California Service Center

Consulate : Chennai, India

2007-02-25 : Marriage

2007-03-14 : I-130 Sent

2007-03-18 : I-130 Transferred to CSC

2007-03-31 : I-130 NOA 1 (Recieved in mail)

2007-08-23 : I-130 NOA 2 (Recived email from CRIS)

I129F

2007-04-02 : I-129F Sent to Chicago

2007-04-09 : I-129F NOA 1

2007-04-25 : I-129F Touched I129 transferred to CSC

2007-05-21 : I-129F Touched I129 Recieved at CSC

2007-08-23 : I-129F NOA 2 (Approved, recieved email from CRIS)

2007-09-24 : I-129F Recieved at NVC and Case Number assigned.

2007-09-26 : I-129F Left NVC and on its way to Chennai.

2007-10-05 : Chennai Embassy Recieved our Case

2007-11-01 : Interview date, K3 Visa issued with absolutely no questions.

2007-11-11 : POE JFK took less than half hour

Thanks for this thread wish,

Filed the I130 in late febr.,and I129f is filed in late march.I am hoping too that we will hear something about our approvals within 2 weeks ..

I129f NOA1: 04 09 2007 (filed 03 26 2007 )

Transfer email: 04 23 2007

CSC Received &pending email: 05 22 2007 (I129f)

I 130 NOA1: 03 12. 2007.(filed 02 26 2007)

Nothing since then.

Filed I-130 in Mid Feb and didn't realized that K3 existed until i found VJ website. Ended up filing for K3 in Mid April.

I just hope God is on our side and get our file approved in a week or so.....

The only thing that upsets me that they are quiet few March filers who are still waiting for their approvals. This gives me an indication that ours won't be approved until we hear the March filers approvals first.

I just talked to someone at VSC and they told me that my file is in good status so hopefully i will get an approval soon.

GOD PLEASE APPROVE OUR K3...............

Aug 09, 2007 - NVC Received Package from CIS

Aug 20, 2007 - Generated DS 3032 and AOS Bill

Aug 21, 2007 - Emailed DS 3032 to NVC (Used James Shortcut)

Aug 22, 2007 - Sent AOS Bill overnight (Used James Shortcut)

Aug 28, 2007 - NVC Received AOS Bill (Automated Voice message)

October 15, 2007 - NVC Received AOS and DS-230 Forms

October 24, 2007 - CASE Complete

November 2, 2007 - Case at Embassy

January 10, 2008 - Interview Date

January 10, 2008 - VISA APPROVED

03/20/2007 - Received NOA1 for I-130 from California Service Center

08/14/2007 - Approved!

I-129F timeline

03/21/2007 - Sent I-129F to Chicago

04/04/2007 - Received NOA1 from MSC

08/14/2007 - Approved!

09/14/2007 - Received by Consulate

10/03/2007 - Delivered Packet3 to Consulate

10/12/2007 - Packet3 acknowledged, received Packet4

12/20/2007 - Interview date

12/23/2007 - POE Chicago

AOS/EAD

01/23/2008 - Sent AOD and EAD applications

01/31/2008 - NOA1 for AOS and EAD

03/07/2008 - Biometrics Appointment

03/22/2008 - Received EAD card in mail

Jun 08; 10 2007 - Touched - Case has been received and is Pending

Jul 31 2007 - APPROVAL NOTICE FROM CRIS

Took 125 Days

I-129F

Apr 16 2007 - Sent to CSC

Apr 27 2007 - Received at CSC

May 03 2007 - Cheque Cashed

May 04 2007 - Touched

May 07 2007 - Received NOA1 in mail

May 11;15 2007 - Touched

May 16 2007 - Transfered to VSC

May 17 2007 - Touched (assume this is VSC receiving it)

Jun 07 2007 - Received mail from CRIS - This case is now pending at the office to which it was transferred

Jun 08;10 2007 - Touched - Case has been received and is Pending

Jul 31 2007 - APPROVAL NOTICE FROM CRIS

Aug 15 2007 - Collected Pack 3 from Consulate, faxed back all that is needed for them to send out pack 4, made medical appointment

Aug 27 2007 - Medical is Scheduled!

Sept 20 2007 - INTERVIEW!!!!

Took 96 Days!

As per my timeline below Am I an April or May filer???

You will probably be considered Early May filer going by the I129F Noa 1 but I heard some people say that they go by I130 Noa1, If thats the case then you will be April Filer and I would be March Filer :). Either way good luck with everything :thumbs:
