Wow, I haven't had to get on here in a while which is good but hi everyone! Long time, no talk! :)

It's almost that time to remove my husband's conditions on his greencard. His expires in May some I'm starting early now so I can send it in in February well within the 90 day time frame. I just wanted to post and give you guy's an idea of what I had so far and you can throw ideas at me of what I need to add. I've gotten rusty at the immigration stuff. I feel like I have a pretty good petition put together so far but any advice as always from this wonderful group of people is always welcome!

-Petition (obviously).

-All Receipt and Notices from USCIS regarding any immigration in the past for my husband.

-His birth certificate.

-Our marriage certificate and license.

-A copy of every page in his passport.

-Our driver's licenses.

-Copies of his greencard and work permit card.

-A copy of my photo passport page.

-Copies of him listed as my beneficiary on life insurance policies through work.

-Our medical insurance cards.

-I was going to include our bank statements from November-January since it's recent.

-Our checks stubs from our jobs (last four weeks worth when I send it in).

-A few bills from November-January that have both of our names on it such as water bill and card insurance.

-His truck loan information that has both of our names on it.

-Car insurance that has both of our names on it.

-Airline tickets from when we went to England to visit his family this past Christmas and our AIRBNB receipts from when we went on our anniversary trip to the beach.

-Our property tax information with both of our names on it as well as the deed to our home (since I'm the only one on the loan).

-Taxes filed for the last two years.

-Pictures with descriptions of family stuff since we got his greencard.

-Copies of the documents where we adopted out dog this past July with both of our names on it.

Please, please, please read the instructions on the I-751 form.  It clearly states that evidence must be FROM THE DATE OF THE MARRIAGE.  Do not send in bank statements from "November-January since it's recent".  If you have strong co-mingling evidence, then perhaps quarterly statements from when you married through the current date are good enough - but many couples send every page (required) of every statement (not always required, but helpful) in.

From the I-751 instruction sheet:

Submit copies of as many documents as you can to establish this fact, to demonstrate the circumstances of the relationship from the date of the marriage to the present date. ......

The only reasons for including your paystubs would be if each stub has the same address on it.  Again - you are not trying to prove you are both working - you are trying to prove you live together, and HAVE lived together since you got married.  So if you have stubs for the marriage timeframe, that's better than just the past 4 stubs.

You are definitely headed in the right direction with your evidence.  Keep any holiday cards addressed to both of you this year, and photocopy the envelopes.  How about your homeowner's insurance with both of you listed as claimants?
